Operations Specialist

Fernway VR is a short-term rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, etc) management company managing a fast-growing portfolio of properties in California, Nevada, and select other states. We are looking for a sharp, reliable Operations Specialist to support us in our day-to-day operations.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a start-up-like company, and we are looking for someone who can grow with our team! 

 

Responsibilities may include:

 

• Keep our database of properties organized and up-to-date

• Create and manage listings across various platforms

• Assist in permit applications and renewals for various cities in different states

• Research and communicate with vendors 

• Place and track orders, making sure they are received

• Guest and client support 

• Special tasks or projects as needed

 

The ideal candidate:

 

• Is a quick learner, organized, and has strong attention to detail

• Can work independently with minimal supervision

• Is comfortable wearing many hats

• Is a good communicator, verbal and written, who is able to judge situations and respond appropriately

• Good problem solver

• Has an interest in property management, real estate investment, etc.

• Understands the needs of the hospitality industry and is flexible with working hours

• Is a team player

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Requirements:

 

• This is mainly a work-from-home position, but you have to be able to come to our San Gabriel Valley location about 2 times a week. 

• Legally authorized to work in the United States. A background check will be required.

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000
